Congregations & Projects

Applications for Congregations & Projects have now closed

“Do you want the opportunity to invest in the growth and development of a young adult, while using them to develop the youth and children’s work in your church/project? If so, then VIP may be for you.”

While many of our VIP members contribute significantly to the life of the congregation/ministry project while they are there, it must be stressed that they are not a fully qualified youth worker and will need time invested in them as they learn, grow and serve.

If you would like to have a chat about VIP please contact Carol (Young Adults Development Officer) on 02890 417254.

The Board is also committed to assisting churches/projects that run their own Intern Scheme. Churches can send their interns to our Gap Year training session in September; have support through full-time youth and children’s workers sessions each month and attend training/events throughout the year. Churches/projects should inform the YAC Office if they run their own scheme so we can support their work.
